Form CSA 1099R , Box 2a (Taxable amount) show "Unknown". Does Turbotax determine or an action I need to take?

Leave that box BLANK and the program will compute the taxable portion (which is most likely the entire box 1 amount) ... just complete all the screens in that section ... don't skip around.
