Including old HSA info on taxes
Hello. I have an HSA through an old employer that I never use or contribute to, but have received tax papers. It's only worth $118.08 - market value. Do I need to include this on my taxes each year? I haven't worked there in a couple years now. Thank you

HSA contributions and distributions must be reported. If you had neither, do not report your HSA. You will receive Form 5498-SA every year even though you did not use the account.
