In Virginia we pay personal property tax on cars. Did not see any place on federal or state to enter this deduction.

Go to "Deductions and Credits", then go to "Cars and Other Things You Own", then go to "Personal Property Taxes" and enter your tax there. Be sure not to include the $23.50 MV License charges on each car, since that is a fixed registration fee and not deductible. You need to subtract those fees from what you enter as personal property taxes.
