In the section, 'Tell us about anything spent on medical professionals' do I input ALL medical professional expenses or just the ones that were NOT paid out of my HSA?

For example, I had $1200 of medical professional expenses, and $1000 of that was paid out of my HSA.  Do I input $1200 or $200 in this section?  I didn't start using an HSA until March so I had some expenses that were not paid out of that account.  I'm thinking I should input $1200 because it appears to me that TT deducts my HSA distributions from the Total Expenses I enter to determine the amount that is deductible.

You're correct. Enter the full amount and TurboTax does the subtraction of HSA. See below.
