In reviewing my PA return, Turbo asked a multiple choice questions concerning meal expenses. Don't remember exact words, but it started out "are these expenses Federal ------? Yes or No. I answered yes without even considering what the questions was as

You should go back through your Pennsylvania state return again.  Not just the review, but the actual return.  When you are signed in, click on State in the left-hand menu.  Click Continue, and then select the option to go over PA taxes again.  Carefully go through the screens again.  Once you are finished, you will have the option to go through the Review process again.
