In NC, can we deduct both the vehicle registration fee and vehicle property tax?

On the Vehicle Registration Fees page, it states NC residents can deduct vehicle property tax. It makes it sound like you can deduct both.

So, does this go under Personal property tax, instead of Vehicle Registration fee?

Either spot..it ends up on the same line on the scedule A

Only the Property tax portion.......and even a City "fee" cannot be included...see below:
