In home office deduction, there is no check box to show property taxes were reported on a 1098 so it doubles the amount paid under personal deductions for property tax.

Answering my own question. We put information into turbo tax out of order doing the 1098 first and then taking care of the home business. There is a warning on the 1098 entry page if you put in home business first stating that taxes have already been entered. Would still like to see the check box back in home business section but at least it can be explained.
