I moved from Louisiana overseas for work in 2016. Can I deduct my moving expenses on my Louisiana return, or only on my federal return?

TurboTax asks for "adjustments to Louisiana taxable income" and I'm not sure if this counts.

If you've ALREADY deducted moving expenses on your federal return, they will be excluded from your LA income.

So I *do* want to include it in the "adjustments to Louisiana taxable income"? When I move to the state return, TurboTax gives me numbers from the federal return and asks me to enter the "Louisiana Amount". For Income Allocation that is easy enough, but I wasn't sure if the moving expenses count as adjustments to my Louisiana taxable income or not, since I left the state.

no, it's already been adjusted on the LA side.  If you adjusted your LA income, then you'd be taking it twice, which you don't want.
