Yes, If you’re self-employed or own a business, you can deduct work-related travel expenses, including vehicles, airfare, lodging, and meals. The expenses must be ordinary and necessary.

Just to clarify one thing here if I may.
Commuting expenses from your home to your office are never deductible. However, if you claim a home office and your home is your "Priciple place of business", then it's not a problem or an issue.
