I am a F1 international student with no income in the last tax year, but I have stayed in the US for more than 5 years. What form do I fill out? Do I need SSN or ITIN?

If you meet the Substantial
Presence Test SPT, you will be considered as a resident for tax purposes and required to file a Form 1040. If you do not have any income during 2016, you do not need to file a tax return and would not need to apply for an ITIN for tax purposes.
