If tax withholding forms were filled out incorrectly(tax exempt),And you didnot pay any taxes how does this effect your tax filing?

If you did not have any taxes withheld from your wages then the likely result is that you will owe taxes to the IRS and to your state.  Going forward for 2017, change your W-4 with your employer so that taxes are withheld.
