What loan length to report in points paid question on loan that was refinanced this year

Original loan was 30 years but held for 10 years before refinancing this year. To amortize points of original loan, do I enter 30 or 10 years?

If you are entering information for the original loan points, then you enter 30 years since that was the length of the original loan.
