I am self-employed with no health insurance. If I am covered by my husband's work policy, can I still claim a deduction for those premiums that cover me?

If you are covered through your husband's policy that her receives through his employer, then the premiums for your insurance are probably paid with pre-tax dollars.  You cannot take a deduction for something paid for with pre-tax dollars.  The amount paid has already been deducted from taxable income.
