Any part of the vehicle registration fee that is a vehicle Property tax can be entered...no matter what state the vehicle is registered in.

In some states, none of the registration fee can be used..in others, like NC, there is a sub-part of the Vehicle registration that is vehicle property taxes, and those are listed as such on the registration/re-registration form.
