If someone else paid my personal property on my vehicles and they have enough deductions to go non standard can they also claim my personal property tax if I do not.

Girlfriend and I both use and insure the vehicles but the loan for one and titles for the other two are in my name. if I do not meet the requirements to use non standard deduction could she claim my personal property taxes for my vehicles provided that she paid them.

No because she does not own the cars.

That's fair kind of what I was assuming but figured it didn't hurt to ask. Sucks to have 2k in taxes down the drain ha.

paying those fees is a gift by her to you. probably too small to require her to file gift tax returns (under $16,000)

personal gifts are not deductible.
