Yes, you can claim a home office deduction related to self-employment income and claim the standard deduction. T

A home office deduction for a self-employed taxpayer can be taken regardless of whether you claim the standard or itemized deduction for your personal expenses. The two types of expenses are unrelated. You claim a deduction for your home office as part of your Schedule C business expenses.
