If my daycare is a in-home daycare and has a tax ID how would I file it under day care or a person

If there is a taxpayer ID number (usually shown as xx-xxxxxxx), treat it as a daycare.

If you are provided with a social security number (shown as xxx-xx-xxxx), treat it as an individual/person.
