If I worked in the US in 2018, but was paid from a foreign company as an online freelance teacher, where do I report that income? (Obviously I don’t receive a 1099 form.)

Without having a 1099 form from the paying company in China, when go to Schedule C, it assumes I have that form, and asks me to fill in information from it that I don’t have. How do I circumvent this? Or, am I trying to enter this income in the wrong place? Am I, for instance, just suppose to add it to ‘Other Income’ at the end without using Schedule C? Please advise: how do I proceed?

When you are following the TurboTax Deluxe prompts for Schedule C on the page Any 1099-MISC Income? check the radio button No, I don't have any 1099-MISC for this business.  On the next page, Enter Business Income That's Not on a 1099_MISC enter your freelance teacher income on the line Income or Sales.
