If you are an employee then employee business expenses are not deductible on federal tax return due to the tax code changes in effect for tax years 2018 thru 2025.

If you were a W-2 employee and received mileage reimbursement for the business use of your car, NO, do not enter those vehicle expenses in TurboTax.
