Most credits this year require people to have earned income and disability income does not count as earned income. If you had other income you may qualify for some credits. To read more about some of the most common credits and the qualifications see the following article:
You may have heard of the credit for the elderly or disabled (you don't have to be both). It is not a refundable credit. That is, you must have a tax liability to offset to get the credit. If you have no income, then you have no tax liability to offset.
Furthermore, because it has not been adjusted for inflation since 1983, very very few people qualify. If you qualify, TurboTax (TT) will automatically calculate it. It goes on Schedule 3, line 6d (2022-3).Very few people, with that little income have an actual tax to offset.
