If I'm not paying child care expense why am I asked for a care providers information?

I originally answered that I pay 600. but honestly I don't pay and after I changed it I continue having problems finishing the filing.

An incomplete Form 2441 will be created if you start the Child and Dependent Care section but don't complete it. This can cause problems when attempting to file your return.
