If I have two 1098 forms due to a refi and both have real estate tax info, do i add both together when I enter my property tax info?

No, please do not add the amounts together. You need to report both 1098's on your return. It doesn't matter which one you start with. After you have entered the first one, you will be able to tell Turbo Tax that you have a second one to enter.
