If I had to pay fines to break my apartment lease and move because of a job, can I claim that fine as an expense?

I had to change states because of job, and when i did that the apartment i was renting made me pay 3 months rent as fine.  how can i claim that amount?

No.  Moving expenses are not deductible under the new tax law except for active duty members of the military.
