If I did my own in 2016 i want to use you this year can I do this?

You mean you prepared your 2016 tax return by hand and now want to use TurboTax for 2017? Of course you can use TurboTax. You just will not be able to transfer your 2016 return information into the 2017 software. You will need to enter it manually.
