Oh boy ... no. All your income is totaled then the deductions are taken on the return. You cannot split the income up or take the deductions on only certain income. What you saw that you don't like would be the exact same if you had entered the W-2 forms in the other order OR if you had just had one W-2 for the total of the 2 forms you have. There is nothing you can do to make it better ... and don't think about leaving off a W-2 because the IRS also gets a copy so they know if you don't report all your income.
