If I am a renter, why am I being prompted to enter property tax information? Do I even pay that?

I live in Connecticut and rent an apartment with a roommate.

The property tax information pertains to those Customers who have paid property tax and might qualify for a state credit. 

If you rent an apartment, you would not pay any property taxes.  You can simply ignore that screen ( leave it blank ) and just choose the blue button Continue to proceed.  Please see attached image.
