Yes, paying daycare for a church pre-school does qualify for the Child and Dependent Care Credit. The church daycare may be an Exempt organization if they did not provide you with an EIN. Check with them and if they are tax-exempt follow these instructions to enter the information in TurboTax:
Select Continue.You will not be able to e-file your tax returns since you did not provide an EIN.
