I work full time as a teacher and receive a W2. I also work occasionally as a speaker and receive royalties from a book. How do I file?

You will need to file using TurboTax Self-Employed to report your income from being a speaker. This will be reported on Schedule C.  Your Royalties will go on Schedule E, while your W2 will just go directly to your 1040.

The Self-Employed version will cover everything you need. Just follow the step by step interview.
