I work for a sports wear clothing company and will I am at work I must wear only their brand and i have spent over $500 in up keeping my "uniform" but I can obviously wear the clothing outside of work. can I still get a deduction for it?

No. It does not matter that it is distinctive clothing. The clothes must not be suitable for street wear.

No. It does not matter that it is distinctive clothing. The clothes must not be suitable for street wear.
