I was reimbursed by my employer for work-related travel expenses that appear as income on my W2. How do I deduct that amount from income?

If your employer has included it as income you cannot deduct it on your return.

It would have been an Employee Business Expenses which with the new tax law is no longer deductible as a W-2 employee.
