My Mortgage Company sent me a revised statement for Mortgage Insurance Premiums. The amount on my first statement was higher than the revised. I have filed my taxes, would it be best to reach out to the IRS as I have filed my taxes already for 2018?

Since you have already filed and the IRS had received the same information that you initially received, they may or may not catch the discrepancy.
But, either way wait until the return has been processed and you receive a refund or paid a debt that was cleared, then you can amend your return.
If the IRS catches the error and makes an adjustment you will receive a letter stating the adjustment and the amount owed, and you can pay it and be done with it.

amend your 2017 return. You will need to mail your return, it cannot be e-filed.
