I want only state tax to be filed. I am an F1 student. You do not have 1040NR filed for federal

How can I do only state tax for NY and VA. I do not want federal because your software is not compatible with 1040NR

I'm sorry but TurboTax does not offer a stand-alone state product and since we do not offer the 1040NR product the state returns would not be able to be completed using our software.
