I've read some of the posts about reporting qualified charitable distributions, but I still don't see a place to enter the information.

After you enter the 1099-R in Federal > Wages and Income > Retirement, one of the followup questions asks about QCD's.

Just be aware that some state do not recognize them, so you may still owe state taxes.
