I've been unemployed for a year and 2 months. What would I need to fill out differently on my taxes if I haven't earned any income?

I didn't apply for unemployment and don't receive any benefits.

If you do need to file a return, just follow the questions as TurboTax asks you.
If you received unemployment benefits, you will need to enter them. Unemployment is taxable income and will be included in your adjusted gross income. You would've received a 1099G form.
You may have earned interest, or government benefits etc, that you will need to report.
