I use daycare for my son. Recently their owner changed ,new owner doesnt have previous owners invoice etc..can i still claim expense? What kind of info do i need at least

You don't need any proof of payments to claim the dependent care credit on your tax return. Proof will only be needed if you are ever audited. Receipts,  cancelled checks, bank statements or credit card statements are the best source of proof.
