We are looking if and where we can put our LTC premiums in our WI tax forms?

You enter your Long Term Care premiums in the Medical Expenses fields on the federal interview and then TurboTax will transfer all of your expenses to your state return.  See image below.  Type

medical expenses     use copy and paste if possible

into the search bar.  Hit enter and use the Jump to link to get to the right place to enter them.  The insurance premiums screen is near the end of the medical expenses interview.  Enter them here whether you itemize or not so that TurboTax can transfer to your WI return.
