Aren't you using 2020 TT desktop? You cannot just update the 2018 program to do a 2020 (or 2019) return. Each year requires its own standalone software.

Are you using 2018 software and trying to update that software for a 2020 return? You cannot do that. Each year has its own software. You need 2020 software for a 2020 return. Please explain what you are trying to do.

I'm using the 2020 edition of Turbo Tax. I can do investment interest or sales tax. It says the IRS hasn't done it yet. ONE MONTH to go and still not up. I can't finish the return!
