I turned 65 years in March 2019, will get the extra $1300 deduction in addition to the Standard Deduction of $24000?

I turned 65 years in March 2019, will  get the extra $1300 deduction in addition to the Standard Deduction if I file by April 15th 2019. (i.e. I was 64 in January 2019, but 65 years by the Tax filing deadline?)

UPDATED FOR TAX YEAR 2019

Yes - you will get the extra $1,650 for your standard deduction if you turn 65 by the end of 2019 (so you're good with a birthday in March!).

If your spouse also turns 65 in 2019, they will also get an extra $1,650 for a total standard deduction of $26,600.
