The sale  land or other investment property is located in Investment section:

1. Federal Taxes

2. Wages & Income

3. Investment Income

4. Stocks, Mutual funds, Bonds, Other. Select you have not received 1099-B and continue through the interview; the category is "Land".

The sale of land is generally limited to $3000 yearly capital loss after netted against other capital gains.  It will carryforward.  See What is a capital loss carryover?
