It depends but you will not need to file an OH nonresident state income tax return if you have no OH taxable income.
According to the OH Department of Revenue - Every nonresident having Ohio-sourced income must file. Examples of Ohio-sourced income include income or gain from Ohio property. So if you have OH source income from the sale but your OH tax liability is zero, you will still need to file an OH nonresident state income tax return.
