I sold a 2nd home on contract for deed. The 1099s shows gross proceeds for full amount of the sale. How do I report this in Turbo?

You can record the sale as an Installment Sale in TurboTax.  Within your return, search for Installment Sales in the search/find field and select the Jump To option and you will be brought to the installment sale entry section of TurboTax.  See the sample screenshot attached.
