I sold 2 cemetery lots in April 2017. I bought them for $1790 and sold them for $3000. Where do I enter this in TurboTax? I don't see anything like it. Thanks

It sounds like it might be an investment. It would be on Schedule D if you intended this to be an investment.

If this is a profit making enterprise that you have as a side job, then it would go on Schedule C, Profit or Loss from Business.

To enter an investment sale, follow the steps below.

• Click on Federal Taxes (Personal using Home and Business)

• Click on Wages and Income (Personal Income using Home and Business)

• Click on I'll choose what I work on (if shown)

• Under Investment Income

• On Stocks, Mutual Funds, Bonds, Other, click the start or update button
