I share ownership of a home.  For federal property taxes do i put the total property tax amount here or just the half i paid?  I know under the state portion for the home owners rebate it asks me how much ownership I have and I put the full amount of property taxes here and it divides it in half.

You would only report the amount you paid, the other owner would report their share of payments on their return.
