I said no to foreign bnk acct in error, should have said yes, found out my spouse is a signer on a foreign comp account. How can I change on my return, not filed yet?

In TurboTax, type in foreign accounts and trusts in the search box at the top of the screen and click the Jump to link.  This will bring you to the section where you can change your answer.
