I rolled over an HSA and don't know where to put it in turbotax. I don't have access to the old provider but i know the amount. Where do i put this information?

a diresct transfer (rollover)  from one HSA to another is not reported

To be clear, a direct trustee-to-trustee transfer of an HSA is neither a distribution nor a rollover, and no Form 1099-SA is issued for such a transfer.  Only if you received a Form 1099-SA reporting a distribution of the funds that were moved would have has anything to enter regarding a rollover of an HSA..
