I relocated to Japan and work for a company in Japan. Which TurboTax should I use for my Federal Tax return?

The version of TurboTax software you use will be determined best by the type of income you are receiving. If you are in Japan you will not be able to use online Free Edition, but beyond that, look at the kinds of income you can report on the various versions of the software. Any version of desktop software has all of the forms and schedules you might need. Or if you use online then consider the forms and schedules that are included with the Deluxe, Premier or Self-Employed. You have not told us what kind of income you will have.
