I refinanced my home this year. I got a 1098 for the taxes and interest I paid before refinancing. Will I be sent another one as it was with the same mortgage company?

The 1098 I received only reflects before I refinanced so should I wait to receive another 1098 or do I do the math myself and add the remaining tax and interest I paid? I have the info on my mortgage statement website.

Yes, you should get two 1098's even though it is with the same mortgage company, one for the old mortgage and one for the new mortgage. You should wait until you get both 1098's in the mail. If the second has not come in, you might want to check with your mortgage company to make sure there is another one coming.
