After you enter your first 1098 you will see the Mortgage Deduction summary and will click Add a Lender. (See Screenshot)

If you already entered this and need to get back to the screen click Federal>>>Deductions and Credits>>>Edit/Add next to Mortgage interest, Refinancing and Insurance
