I received my refund this morning. I didn't receive the extra $1,800 from the child tax credit. Does this money come in a different payment?

No, it doesn't.  Is the $1,800 listed on line 28 of your tax return?  If the IRS disallowed this, they will send you a letter.  They do not notify TT.

The Child Tax Credit is Not a separate tax refund.  It is included in your federal tax refund.
