I put my foreign address on my last two tax returns, with pretty sure no bank account associated. Will I not be able to get the stimulus check?

If you meet the requirements for the stimulus check, the IRS will mail the stimulus check to the address on your latest tax return.

Can somebody clarify if that also means a foreign address? You answered the question, but how do we know?
